We welcome any questions you may have to make your experience shopping on Tierra Mar Designs as smooth and simple as possible.     • Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
      • Yes, you can!  If you need to make a change to your order please email tierramardesigns@gmail.com with your request within 48 hours of making your order.  We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted from our fulfillment center
    • Do you accept returns?
      • Due to the nature of our products, all custom orders, vintage textiles, linens, home decor, and artwork are final sale. Any advertised promotions or discounts are only valid in the timeline in which they are held and cannot be applied to past or future orders. Please also note that sale items are not eligible for return. 
    • How can I check the status of my order?
      • Yes, once your order has shipped, we will share the UPS tracking number with you via email.
